- We’ll reply by email with payment instructions (recipient details for Interac e-Transfer).
- Open your bank (app or website), choose Interac e-Transfer / “Send money”, enter the amount we quote, and paste the recipient from our reply.
- In the memo, include your name and check-in / check-out dates so we can match the payment.
Prefer marketplace checkout? Book on VRBO or Airbnb. “Open your bank” only launches your bank’s official sign-in page in a new tab — recipient details come in our email reply after Inquire.

Why book direct?
Keep VRBO and Airbnb for new shoppers discovering the villa. Send this site link to people who already want to stay — friends, repeats, Instagram bios, and SEO. Marketplaces charge fees for guests and hosts; booking direct with the host usually means better rates. We still offer all options, because some guests prefer VRBO or Airbnb checkout and protections.
How do I book / pay?
Inquire here for dates and rates, or book on VRBO / Airbnb. For direct CAD payment after we confirm, we’ll reply with Interac e-Transfer instructions (amount + recipient). Include your name and dates in the transfer memo. There is no Stripe/card checkout on this website.
How does Interac e-Transfer work?
You stay in control of your bank login. After you Inquire and we confirm the CAD amount, we email Interac e-Transfer instructions. Send from your bank using those details, and put your name and stay dates in the transfer memo. See the Pay (Interac) section — including optional bank sign-in links.
Can I see availability that matches VRBO?
Check the VRBO calendar for live availability, or inquire here and we’ll confirm. Calendar sync for a future direct-booking phase comes later.
